We will meet China Spring High School on Thursday, June 6, at 1:00p for check-in and departure. Please make sure your student eats lunch and uses the restroom before arriving. We will not be entering the high school.

Our next meal will be dinner in Lubbock.

There are two required forms for camp. First is the Wellspring Parent Authorization Form. This can be email to Austin or turned in to Connections Table at church on Sundays. The second for is the Glorieta Online Registration and Waiver. Watch the update video above for an explanation on how to complete this registration.

Student’s cell phones will be collected by leaders prior to arriving at Glorieta. This is to help remove distractions and ensure your student has a great experience at camp. There will be one hour each day, 5:00-6:00p MDT/6:00-7:00p CDT (we will be an hour behind in Glorieta), when students can get their phone from a leader in order to call home, check in, etc. Leaders will have their phones at all times during the week.

If your student has a balance due, you should have received a payment reminder email that will direct you where to make your final payments. Balances must be paid in full by the time we leave for camp. If you are having trouble finding the payment reminder email, contact Austin.

Each night at camp will feature a special theme. Be sure to plan your outfits accordingly!

• Night 1 - Jersey Night (a Dwell Camps tradition)

• Night 2 - The Big Screen - dress like a movie character

• Night 3 - Howdy vs Hamptons - or Country vs Country Club

• Night 4 - Senior Night - - dress like a senior citizen.

Students will need money for one meal on the way to Glorieta (Friday lunch) and two meals on the way home (Tuesday lunch/dinner). Students can also bring money for snacks at gas station stops along the way.

• "Camp Credit" can be used to purchase anything sold at the camp store at Glorieta. They have drinks, snacks, shirts, souvenirs, and more!

• There will be a separate "Dwell" camp store. Camp credit will not be usable at the Dwell store. The Dwell store will accept any form of payment.

• You can use the Glorieta Registration link to load funds on your student's account.

• Glorieta is cashless! Credit/debit cards are accepted!

• Any unused Glorieta camp credit can be donated to Glorieta's scholarship fund or it will be refunded on July 1.
